Dress by Number: Actress Isla Fisher

Australian actress Isla Fisher looks cute and comfortable during a routine coffee run in L.A. I can't wait to see what she'll wear in the upcoming Confessions of a Shopaholic movie, which is slated for a February 13 release, but for now, I'm content to imitate her everyday style. Here, Isla elevates a simple white tank by pairing it with a blue cardigan and a matching blue jersey scarf (which also happens to complement her auburn hair.) Her scarf—which is looped around her neck, then knotted twice—adds a nice, uncomplicated detail that ups the cool factor of the whole outfit. LOVE Isla Fisher! She's adorable, and I can't help but love someone so close to my height - Haha. I recently saw almost the exact same outfit featured in the "Must-Have Looks" section of the Express web page, except they dressed it up with rolled boyfriend-style jeans (complete with the wear and tear), heels, and dangly earrings as only Express can. It's a great, simple look that can be tweaked slightly for a multitude of events. Great "Dress by Number" today!

I really love her look - the fresh blue & white are perfect. I've had my destroyed jeans put away in the drawer for a while & may just have to bring them back out :-)

I bought the blue cardigan from Express. It was temporarily marked down to $15 plus I had a discount code. Sweet! Love the blue color. Great for spring.
