those necklaces are so cute, i've been searching forever for the perfect initial necklace!

i think the best valentines gift is an experience- dinner, a concert, a trip of some kind. eventually everything is going to fade away but you'll have those memories for a lifetime!
#2 Anja on 2009-02-02 07:13
I think the perfect Valentine's Day is some time alone with my husband. It doesn't happen often so we enjoy going to a special restaurant this time each year. Thanks for the chance to win!
#3 ColleenM on 2009-02-02 08:27
Best gifts are flowers. I don't receive flowers from my husband every day so they are perfect for a special day like Valentine's.
#4 bella (Homepage) on 2009-02-02 08:49
The best gift is a thoughtful surprise. Such as a reupholstered chair in the perfect fabric that you'd been looking at forever, but thought it was too expensive and required too much work. And then you come home and it is completely finished and in your living room. I'm crossing my fingers!
#5 Christine on 2009-02-02 09:22
Love those hammered disk necklaces!

The best valentine's day gift is time alone with your special person, giving them & receiving their undivided attention!
#6 JeffersonSusie (Homepage) on 2009-02-02 09:22

Best gift would be a kiss and a really huge long hug, the kind you can sink into and relax in, and of course, an "I love you."
#8 Jessica (Homepage) on 2009-02-02 09:41

#9 Real Style Real people (Homepage) on 2009-02-02 09:43
the best valentine's day gift is something that means something - to both the giver and the receiver! once, in a long-distance relationship, i read love poems to my boyfriend over the phone every night before he went to bed; my gift to him that year was a cd of me reciting our favorite of those poems so he could put them on his ipod and listen to them whenever he missed me. it meant so much - to both of us!
#10 hanna on 2009-02-02 10:59
I like the 3/4 in. Open Circle charm the best. It would be a great Valentine's gift since circles represent endless love to some.
#11 Paula H on 2009-02-02 11:28

#14 Erin Dean on 2009-02-02 11:35
My favorite gift from my husband is a letter. Every Valentines Day he writes me a letter telling me ways he fell more in love with me that year. Its definitely my favorite present of the year!!!
#15 Victoria on 2009-02-02 11:36
Oh I love the Simple Flower necklace on that website.

The best V-day present is to have dinner made (with the mess in the kitchen cleaned up)when I come home from work and maybe a nice bubble bath. It doesn't have to cost anything just to be from the heart.
#16 Diane on 2009-02-02 11:37
I think the charm bracelet would make a lovely gift. Hammered silver, natch...
#17 Ali Gutierrez on 2009-02-02 11:50
Ooh, those charm bracelets are cute.

#18 Erica on 2009-02-02 11:55

A Simple Flower -- charming. A perfect Valentine's Day for me is remembering everything about my deceased fiance and expressing gratitude.
#22 sheila k. on 2009-02-02 12:27
The perfect Valentines gift is a romantic picnic on the beach, snuggled up in a blanket with a cute boy who makes you laugh.
#23 MizzJ (Homepage) on 2009-02-02 12:38
My Valentine's days seem to have mostly been unremarkable as of late... I did get some very fancy jewelry once, but it was too fancy and I never have an occasion to wear it. something small and romantic is what I'd be about, flowers, something shiny, a nice meal.

-J.
#24 Justine U on 2009-02-02 12:38
The best valentine present is spending quality time with the person you love!!!!!!
#25 Diane Baum on 2009-02-02 12:41

I think the best gift is something you mentioned a while ago and thought the person didn't notice but then s/he surprises you with that thing!
#27 Amelia (Homepage) on 2009-02-02 12:51
The best gift would be just spending time together....someones time is the best gift.

I love the jewelery. Thanks for sharing! I am also a huge fan of lockets. They have a past and are each unique in their own way.
#28 kat on 2009-02-02 12:54

#29 Karen on 2009-02-02 13:06

My fingers are crossed!
#30 Susan on 2009-02-02 13:07

#31 milly on 2009-02-02 13:17
I love initial necklaces!! So dainty!

The best Valentine's gift are of course being with the one you love! Some of the best gifts are the little, unexpected things that your significant other remembers! Like a favorite old movie or a favorite song. So Romantic!
#32 Amanda on 2009-02-02 13:25
My idea of the perfect valentines gift is a night in, cooking together, and eating by candelight. There would be chocolate covered everything(well that is everything chocolate tastes good on) and then to top it all off we would lay by a fire place cuddling and talking.
#33 Carie on 2009-02-02 13:27
I think that the perfect valentines day gift, would be anything that you put effort into, doesn't matter how much it cost. Like a well made dinner for two with romantic music and candles, or a simple valentines day card with her favorite candy.
...
#34 Lada on 2009-02-02 13:28
I think the best gift is spending some quality time with my fiance. We're in a long distance relationship (I'm 2000+ miles away for grad school) so any time spent together is precious.
#35 Han on 2009-02-02 13:42
Lovely jewelry. I especially love the simple, modern design. Feels like letter press but as an accessory, what more could a girl want?

The perfect Valentines day is spending quality time together doing the things you like whether its staying in, going to dinner, a movie, art exhibit, a concert, or just going for a stroll. Factor in some delish food and you are set!
#36 Kari on 2009-02-02 13:43
The perfect Valentine's Day gift would be a reflection of something only you and your significant other share or know about one another - Whether it's a mix CD of songs, each carrying a memory, or a trip to an observatory to view your favorite constellation up close ... A Valentine's Day gift need not be expensive or over-the-top, just the truest expression of love you can manage!
#37 Katie on 2009-02-02 13:43
the perfect valentine's day gift would have to be a tropical trip in the dead of winter. it's so romantic and fun!
#38 amy on 2009-02-02 13:46
the perfect valentines gift would be to just be with the one you love and do something out of the normal, if youre used to waking up at 8am stay in bed and louge and watch movies and cuddle. spend the whole day just being together. as far as a tangible gift something with both your initials is a very cute thing.

the large tag hammered bracelets are adorable and look like they could be passed down generations and be very special!
#39 ashley on 2009-02-02 14:03
What a wonderful give away. I think the most fantastic V-Day gift, if I had a man to give me one, that is, would be any piece of jewelry, especially a necklace, maybe some earrings, that he really loved. I think it is so sincere and genuine when a guy cares enough to really think about what he likes when it comes to his lady's style. A necklace is so personal and so sweet.
#40 Allison on 2009-02-02 14:04
I think the charm bracelet would make a nice V-Day gift.
#41 Nikki on 2009-02-02 14:38
We're doing Valentine's at the beach for something new...what could be more romantic than a walk on the beach??
#42 Julie on 2009-02-02 14:39
I really adore the charm bracelets from Tags-n-Stones! I'm a big bracelet wearer versus any other jewelry!

But besides material gifts, I think the best valentine's day present would be a relaxing night at home with a home cooked meal and 2 bottles of wine!
#43 Ida on 2009-02-02 14:41

Dog Bone Dog Tag IS SO NICE
#59 joni chadwell on 2009-02-02 16:42
The best Valentine's Day gift to me is my husband. Before I met my husband I never, and I mean never thought it was possible to fall silly in love and be happy. My husband is the love of my life, and instead of contemplating what would be great to get from him this year, I'm going to give him an incredible day he will never forget because he always does the same for me...As for gifts, time is a gift worthy of giving, and I think he'll love the day I planned for us to have together. Time is so precious and I'm glad to spend every moment I can with him. Yeah, I think time is no doubt a given;)
#60 Rochelle on 2009-02-02 16:50

#72 David Clark on 2009-02-02 18:38
These make the nicest Valentines Day gifts, especially when you can customize it to fit the person you want to give the gift to! I love the open circle pendant and would have my daughter's name engraved on it. I would love to have both a gray pearl and pink pearl hanging from the chain too! I think this would make such a special gift for a young girl who is just beginning to develop a love for jewelry and this type of gift has such meaning put into it from the giver to the receiver. Thank you so much for the wonderful giveaway!

#76 Izzie on 2009-02-02 19:47
Sooo cute!

Ok, I think the best gift is one that is thoughtful. It doesn't always have to cost money either. While, it could be a gorgeous bag you're gal has been coveting, it could also be taking her somewhere that has sentimental value and will make her feel special.
#77 Joleyn on 2009-02-02 19:49

Let's say 'personal affection' and leave it there.
#84 ky2here on 2009-02-02 20:45
I love the necklace with the 2 layered circles. The perfect valentine's day gift would be the necklace with the layered circles: the top circle with my daughter's name on it and the bottom with her birth date. Then a red ruby crystal (since she was born in July which is the ruby). If my husband would get me something like that I would just melt, its special and memorable.

The best gift is just time with my sweetheart! and chocolate!!!
#99 carol mays on 2009-02-03 07:06
My favorite piece is actually a work in progress, because I like each and every pendant shape. I also really like that the purchase can be individualized - choose the chain length, the pendant shape, the color bead/stone (if desired) Love it all. I would most likely want a two pendant personalized with my children's names, add a stone or two (maybe a bead...see? I am changing my mind again!) Thanks for this terrific giveaway and for introducing me to a nice jewelry site.

With dh & I both working full time, and the parents to 3 boys under 9, the best Valentine's gift is time alone together - something we don't get much of. Of course, jewellry is never bad, and the necklaces at Tags-n-Stones are the perfect way to give a sentimental gift.
