Is the Forever 21 dress shown over a white tank or is that part of it... because if its a tank then I'd pick that one but if its all together then I don't like it.

The Charlotte Russe is super cute as well.

It's one solid piece. The Charlotte Russe dress would look hot layered over a black tank top though...

I'll take the first one please (why do I always inevitably pick the most expensive option?!) - paired with some bright accessories. I'm thinking: red shoes and red clutch, and curly hair.

I'd love #2 if (a) it came in my size and (b) it weren't, if I'm seeing it correctly, a bubble hem. Why the fascination with bubble hems? They look great on long, lean people... but what about the rest of us, guys? :-/
