I see all of the cute maxi dresses are at f21. I love the maxi dress trend and I have quite a few in my closet for this season, but a lot of people still aren't feeling maxi dresses, though.

I love the trend as well - finally got around to wearing it recently and found it very comfortable. I wore a black maxi and denim jacket to work on Friday and one of the guys asked me why I was all dressed up in a gown.

I love your picks - I'd like to get one with a print next time around.

I agree with Cheap Chica. A lot of people don't really get this trend yet. I love this trend and have not been able to wear it quite yet. I can see someone asking me why I was wearing a gown too lol! I actually LOVE the Teralyn Halter one, I stood there in the store staring at it until I thought they were going to call security.. but didn't buy it.. I would also wear it with a cute cropped denim jacket or drapey cropped short sleeve cardi.. I am also short and feel like the fabric swallows me sometimes.. ahhhh... maybe one day

I think it's gorgeous...I saw a pretty one at a rummage sale this girl got from Thailand...but I'm afraid it will make me look shorter than I am (I stand at a tall 5'1" haha!).

Any advice/ideas?

I love this trend but sometimes I feel that the look doesn't really look right for my body type. Maybe it's just me being silly but I feel like it makes me look short.

Ugh, I'm sorry but I don't think this works on anyone. Even if your a million feet tall why would you cover yourself with so much excess fabric. My plan is to purchase some chop off the bottom to make a cute sundress, then make a tank top with the bottom!

i don't care for a lot of excess fabric, but this look is pretty cute. i'm only a little past 5'1 so i have to be veeeery picky with my selection of maxi dresses!

I LOVE maxi dress! I am on the tall side (5'8") so I can wear it without looking like a littlew girl trying on mom's clothes, LOL even in flats

I think it's a perfect item because you can dress up or down, with accesories, and very comfortable without looking too sloppy! LOVE!!

DOT.com has some nice ones as well. I going to buy one but have it cut to knee length. I just don't see me getting a whole lot of use out of maxi dress, but I have seen alot of really nice ones. I really like the last one you had in your list.

I LOVE the maxi dress, I am 5'10 on the Extra tall side, and everytime I wear this dress I get so many compliments on how nice I look in it..I think its the perfect summer dress that ever came out..I plan on getting alot more of them..they are very comfortable, and you can dress them up or down!!!
