I've loved this outfit sported by the lovely Liv Tyler ever since Real Style Real People gave us her budget-friendly breakdown. It's a summer fashion formula worth repeating, especially since I think it's a great casual look for moms. I know, I know, leggings can be tricky for anyone to pull off but I've seen many women embrace this look in a stylish, grown-up manner. Leggings are comfy and move with you, plus they give you more mileage out of sundresses and tunics. I think solid black, ankle-length leggings look best on most figures. Pair them with comfortable leather ballet flats, and keep a cardigan in a neutral hue close at hand when you need to cover up.

I'm all over this look. LOVE leggings. They keep you warm, add a bit of edge and are as comfy as it gets. Cheap as chips and super versatile. They can even look sophisticated when worn with heels and a dressy frock or trench. What’s not to love!
