Dress by Number: Tori Spelling


Tori Spelling has come under a lot of scrutiny recently regarding her weight; I was hoping we could just talk about her outfit. Love how she's paired tailored black shorts with a boho blouse for a summer look that's cute yet grown-up (denim cut-offs just don't work for many of us past our teens). Finish the look with short boots or flat sandals depending on the weather and the occasion.
