Beyonce is launching a new juniors clothing line called Sasha Fierce for Deréon codesigned with her mother, Tina Knowles. The name of the collection plays off the singer's on-stage alter ego, of course, and the collection—which includes clothing, handbags, footwear, eyewear, lingerie and jewelry—is said to be inspired, in part, by Beyonce's Thierry Mugler concert costumes. Translation: Look for one-shoulder frocks, bodysuits, leather-like jackets, ripped jeans and leggings, and expect "over-the-top" accessories, chains, mixed metals, studded shoes and oversize sunglasses. Prices for pieces in the collection will range from $25 and $75, and Sasha Fierce for Dereon will be available just in time for back-to-school shopping at Macy's, Dillard's and specialty stores. Now I'll have two reasons to head to Macy's this fall (the other reason being the upcoming August launch of Rachel Roy for Macy's.)
