From the overgrown prison stripe too-big-for-her-frame shirt to the not-quite-sure-what's-under-the-shirt undergarment/pants, to the flat blah sandals and the bruise on her leg, I HATE this look. Even on cute, thin girls, it's just looks frumpy.
(sorry to be so negative, but... I do think that, w/a fitted vest that cut out a waist line, and longer shorts (in a dark non-frayed denim or black linen) and some red shoes w/a little heel, this could look OK.)
