Last summer Cynthia Vincent teamed up with Target for an affordable shoe collection, and when I saw this season's Mossimo "Priya" wedges, I did a double-take - they definitely look inspired by the Twelth Street by Cynthia Vincent "Roma" but they have the Mossimo label.
