Last summer Cynthia Vincent teamed up with Target for an affordable shoe collection, and when I saw this season's Mossimo "Priya" wedges, I did a double-take - they definitely look inspired by the Twelth Street by Cynthia Vincent "Roma" but they have the Mossimo label. Go figure. Available in 3 colors for $26.99.

Theory's "Hilda" smocked peasant blouse retails for $265, but if you're prone (as I am) to spilling foods that stain on your bright white garments, you might want to consider the look for less. First, you'll have to spot it below - click either image to check your guess!
