The Look for Less: Kitsch Hair Ties

Kitsch hair ties are all the rage right now. They're supposed to be really gentle on hair (no breakage or pulling) and look super pretty whether worn on a ponytail or your wrist. You can get a 5 pack of these nylon hair ties in a bunch of fun colors and patterns on mykitsch.com for between $10 - $16. Anthropologie sells a set of 5 for $12 (here). I first saw them on Cupcakes & Cashmere, and Emily definitely makes these hair ties look irresistible.

Looking for a drugstore alternative? Goody just came out with their own line of ouchless hair ties, and they're just $3.99 for a 5 pack. I haven't seen these online yet as they are so new, but I spied them at my local Target and snapped the photo below. Hopefully they'll come out with more colors and designs. Check Goody.com for a list of retailers that sell them.

Isabel Marant Hidden-Wedge Sneakers: The Look for Less

Isabel Marant's hi-top sneakers are loved the world over by fashionistas and celebs for their sporty good looks, but more importantly, for that hidden wedge that gives legs just a little lift. Variations include the Bekett, Bird, Bazil and Willow, presumably named after designer-pal Stella McCartney's children (via). Each pair sells for about $625-755.

Supermodels love their Isabel Marant sneakers, including model-turned-actress Rosie Huntington-Whitely, and VS Angels Alessandra Ambrosio and Miranda Kerr.

Ready to join the glamazon crew with your own pair of hi-top sneaks? Here's option one, from Wanted, $69.99 in black or brown at endess.com.
