Off the Rack: The Only Shirt You Need to Buy from Target and More Late March Fashion Highlights

March fashion highlights at Target

I've ripped two denim shirts in the past two weeks (no joke), so on my last trip to Target I was on the hunt for a new one. I wear denim shirts all the time, layered under sweaters, layered over t-shirts, and paired with skirts for a casual yet put-together going out look. This Mossimo denim-look shirt ($22.99) caught my eye because it's made from lyocell so it's really fluid, almost like silk, and thanks to a tip from a savvy friend of mine, I happen to know that it's also a great look for less for this popular Rails 'Marlow' Tencel lyocell shirt, $136 at Nordstrom.com. If you get one shirt this season, make it this one! (Read more on lyocell here.)

10 Things You Don't Need In Your Closet

10 things you don't need in your closet / Closet cleaning tips & tricks

If you're on a budget, you might be hanging on to clothes and accessories you got a great deal on - or spent a small fortune on - but don't really love or wear. Don't hold on to things out of guilt or simply because you think more is better. Streamline your closet and you'll find it easier to get dressed in the morning - and easier to resist bad purchases in the future.

Here are 10 things you might want to purge from your closet this spring:

Breaking: See the Complete Milly for Kohl's DesigNation Lookbook (57 Pictures Inside!)

Milly is launching a budget-friendly designer collection for Kohl's! April 23rd. See all the looks at thebudgetbabe.com.

Back in September we brought you news that Milly would be designed a collection for Kohl's, and now we're happy to be the first to bring you the complete lookbook - all 57 photos! Inspired by Capri, the Milly for DesigNation exclusively at Kohl's collection includes feminine dresses, crop tops, curve-hugging skirts and more flirty pieces in a chic palette of black, white and brights, plus beautiful florals and plenty of stripes. There are jumpsuits and maxi dresses, ankle pants, flowy tops and crisp shorts, too, everything you need for your own getaway (or staycation).

This unassuming white cotton tunic top can be worn so many ways for spring, especially layered. You'll see what I mean if you can guess which of the tops shown here costs more.
