Fall Outfit Pinspiration: Check Shirt, Fur Vest, Hunter Wellies

Fall outfit inspiration featuring check shirt, fur vest and Hunter wellies
As soon as I discovered fashion blogger Lauren McBride (who also happens to be a Connecticut-based blogger and second-time new mom like myself), I was hooked on her relatable yet enviable style. This outfit - which is all over Pinterest - is a perfect example of her style: A mix of classic and cool, from the check shirt, to the on-trend faux fur vest, to the classic never-goes-out-of-style rain boots. To recreate her look for less, I found all the pieces I needed at Target. Finish the casual fall ensemble with some cozy leg warmers like this pair at Payless (just $6.49) and beanie ($7.49).

Target One Spot Gets A Makeover: Here's What My Store Looks Like

Target One Spot gets a makeover
By now you've surely noticed that Target has given their One Spot a makeover, reorganizing the aisles, making it a bit bigger, and renaming it "Bullseye's Playground." My son was the first to notice the giant displays atop each shelf featuring Bullseye, Target's canine mascot, wriggling inside gift boxes. As Target reports on their blog, Bullseye's Playground will be a bit pricier, with items ranging from $1 to $5. Displays will update every 8 weeks around "holidays, seasonal mindset and kids." I don't love the price increases but I appreciate the fact that I can fit a cart around the aisle. On the other hand, the closed layout was better for containing my two-year old. Now if he wants to pick out toys, I have to chase him around in circles! It's the little things, right? Read on to see more pics I snapped at two Target locations near me. Do you like the new One Spot? Miss the old one? What changes would you like to see?
