H&M announced that its next designer collaboration will be with KENZO, the "vibrant and playful Parisian house that captures the energy of global culture to create its unique, youthful spirit." Creative Directors Carol Lim and Humberto Leon will bring the spirit of KENZO to H&M, creating collections for women and men as well as accessories.

Lim and Leon are the founders of global fashion emporium Opening Ceremony, and to be honest I hadn't really heard of Kenzo until the Opening Ceremony duo took the helm of the Parisian fashion house in 2011 and made headlines.



Kenzo was created by Japanese designer Kenzo Takada, who held his first fashion show in Paris in 1972. Kenzo is a celeb favorite, and you might recognize their bold, tongue-in-cheek designs like the oversized message clutch that Jessica Alba carried in this post. Or maybe you've taken note of Kenzo's super expensive embellished sweatshirts on fashion blogs and celebrity style sites. That tiger sweatshirt you've seen everywhere? That's Kenzo.

I'll be following this collab closely just because it's so relevant to the fashion scene today. With their huge fan base, I have a feeling it will sell out quickly and tons will end up on eBay.

KENZO x H&M will be available in selected stores & online from November 3, 2016.

Model Karolina Kurkova was spotted leaving the Martinez Hotel during the 69th Cannes Film Festival in a bright blue blazer paired with a white top and white skinny jeans. I'm increasingly impressed with the Who What Wear for Target collection - each month seems to bring more covetable items that I want to add to my wardrobe. This month, they've introduced sophisticated ways to wear ruffles, cropped flares and summer whites. I used to love shopping Target's Xhilaration line but at some point I woke up and realized, it's just way too young for me (boohoo), and that's why I especially love the Who What Wear line. It's on trend but totally suitable for someone in her thirties and beyond. The colors are sophisticated, and many of the silhouettes are work appropriate, too. I'm crushing on this pleated skirt, this jacket and this ruffle top. This straw hat is a summer staple (and fits my big head) while this apron dress would be perfect for long summer weekends. I just wish I wasn't nursing sometimes so I could wear all these fun items all the time! But, not complaining. I guess my situation saves me money in the long run! Chanel Iman, Emma Roberts and Solange Knowles wore fashions from the new REED x Kohl’s collection for a dinner celebrating the launch earlier this month. I have yet to check out the collection in person but I recommend reading this review by my friend The Recessionista. Chanel Iman's jumpsuit look has to be my favorite.
