I stopped at Kohl's this past weekend to see what was new and noteworthy. I forget how crowded it can be on the weekends. From the racks to the dressing rooms to the long checkout lines, it was not the most relaxing shopping experience. But I spotted a few cute pieces worth sharing, most notably the off-the-shoulder top you see above. It's the perfect take on this trend - committed to the look, but not over-the-top.
