Budget Babe--I noticed that Tori Spelling had a really cute relaxed look on the other day while shopping at "The Grove" with her family. Can you do a DBN's on that? It's a really cute plaid shirt with a blue vest and skinny jeans.

I have the opposite problem. I'm 5'4" and some change, and every maxi dress I find is mad e for a giantess.
