I love big obnoxious rings! LOL This is great.. and Forever 21 is the best place to get things like this, honestly, a friend and I were discussing how we saw the SAME EXACT rings and hairbands at a local Aldo accessories store for triple the price. I mean, they were the exact same. We came to the conclusion that they may be purchasing from the same distributor?? Just an assumption...
