Off the Rack: T.J. Maxx Stocks Pour La Victoire "Bridgette" As Seen in This Month's People StyleWatch, Plus L.A.M.B. "Jaco"

A shelf at T.J. Maxx stocked with Pour La Victoire "Bridgett" and L.A.M.B. "Jaco" leather sandals priced at $149.99.

Yesterday morning I ducked into T.J. Maxx in hopes of finding a stacked crystal ball lamp—no such luck—but I did spot a shelf stocked with designer shoes in just about all sizes, namely, the Pour La Victoire "Bridgette" and the L.A.M.B. "Jaco", both on sale for $149.99. Still pricey but much less than what you'd pay elsewhere (see details in the captions below). Then, last night as I was reading the March issue of People StyleWatch, I saw the very same PLV's staring back at me on page 135! Hence, this post. The moral of the story: T.J. Maxx does in fact carry the latest trends for less! If you're in the market for some fierce heels, head to your nearest T.J. Maxx ASAP to snag a pair.

L.A.M.B. "Jaco" leather sandals for $149.99. These are currently $299 at Nordstrom.com!

Pour La Victoire "Bridgette" leather sandals, also $149.99. According to this month's issue of People StyleWatch, they sell for $290 at Bergdorf Goodman! See them in black at Piperlime.com for $285.

See?! Here are the Pour La Victoire "Bridgette" leather sandals as seen in the March 2010 issue of People StyleWatch on their "Laser Cutouts" trend page. Color is sliiightly different.

I'm telling you, the Midwest TJ Maxx stores get junk compared to you East Coasters!

I'm ashamed to say but I've never been in TJ Maxx (don't judge me!) but now I definitely have reason to go. It's great to see they have current looks for less, not the stuff that's a few seasons old.

I've seen the stacked ball lamps at Target - you could try there.

What Diane said! I just picked up a lamp from Target last week and they had the stacked ball lamp!

I'm pretty sure they don't have those at my TJ Maxx. Your store has really good stuff!

BB,
Try either Target or Ikea...I just bought one last month at Ikea for $89. Target had them last week for about $79.00.....do they have to be balls or can they be square? Home Goods has the square shaped for $59.99....BTW your TJMaxx has much better stuff then mine here in Orlando.

Keep Shopping!

And if possible can you do more looks of the Kardashian Sisters and Venessa Hudgeons,.....i die for their style

I have a pair of Jessica Simpson heels that look exactly like the black LAMBS except they were half the price. The beauty of Filene's Basement.

I personally like those LAMB heels. I tend to go only to TJ MAXX for the home stuff these days. I just give the shoe section a whirl next time I'm in there :-)

Kmart also has an alternative on the crystal ball lamp. It's a bit smaller (more of a bedside lamp) but it's cheap cheap cheap (I think 15 dollars, and they're having a sale on their home stuff right now.) Just another option!

I love TJ Maxx! Every now and then you'll find something awesome.

TJ Maxx is the ONLY place my baby sister and I shop.
My co-workers and friends are always asking, where did you get that outfit?
I reply the Maxx.....Where????
If you don't know by now, I know you have been over paying all your shopping days.
The max for a minimum prince at TJ Maxx.

I have been a TJ Maxx shopper for over 20 years, true and loyal. One thing bothers me a lot though. The better nad more fashionable items go to bigger stores in bigger cities. I wished TJ Maxx would realize that people in smaller cities have a sense for fashion as well. Please consider this and make some changes.
