Macy's To Launch Kouture by Kimora

Macys To Launch Kouture by Kimora

Fashion designer Kimora Lee Simmons is extending her empire with a new line, Kouture by Kimora, to be sold exclusively at 150 Macy's stores in March 2010, with another 150 stores to follow in May 2010. "Geared toward the global juniors consumer, Kouture by Kimora offers chic fashions aimed at the budget fashionista and provides body-loving looks with all the eye-catching embellishments and fabrications of today's trends," reads the press release. "Vibrant colors and energetic prints reflect Kimora's signature flair and sense of confidence. Appealing to trend lovers, this youthful brand captures the attention of young women who value styling as much as they do smart spending." Prices range from $24 to $40 with styles including retro jackets, off-shoulder blouses, fun rompers and flirty dresses. Look for more pieces to come in Fall 2010.

I'm digging the topknots on the models, think I could pull off that look? Don't answer that.

Will you be checking out this line?

Ugh, I would not touch anything related to Kimora. Only celebrity I feel that way about. I am not a fan of the designs.

Wow, I didn't think I'd like anything by Kimora, but I really love all three of these looks. I'm a sucker for a great print.

Wow, I actually really like the look of this line, and I'm not even a Kimora fan! Do you know if this will only be sold in stores, or online too?

I just picked up a few clubwear type tops from this line at the Ridgedale Macy's in Minnesota. I really like them, they're very cheaply priced but the quality hasn't suffered at all. I don't really know anything about Kimora, but everything I saw in the store was adorable. The line is pretty diverse too.

I am sooo in love with all of kimora's designs, prints and the range of her sizes. Thank u Kimora for considering the girls who would like to be fabulous on a budget. You help me to be "fabulously fabulous" everyday. That is actually my signature in my phone actually.
