Dress by Number: Nicole Richie's Printed Dress and Moccasin Boots

Nicole Richie went to traffic school wearing a printed dress, denim jacket and black accessories like a scarf, tights and fringe suede moccasin boots. It's definitely too hot where I live to wear this but a cute outfit nonetheless!

Cute outfit! It's too hot to wear it now, but I'll definitely be saving this one for the fall.

haha trust me, I triple checked the date, I couldn't believe she wore this outfit on June 30th, 2010! it's been in the 90s for a week straight where i am. i get hot just looking at her! but like i said, still very cute

@texnyqueen Nicole is so skinny she's probably cold all the time. I know a couple of girls like that.

she probably went from the air conditioned comfort of her car to the air conditioned comfort of the driving school classrooms. hence the outfit. more to the point, what are the paparazzi doing hanging out at traffic schools? anyway, i like the outfit. but i think it's all in the scarf. it looks like a jersey knit cotton or rayon scarf so it wouldn't be all hot and sweaty like an animal fiber.

She dresses like this because she has an eating disorder and she has extreamly low body fat. Her body temp. is low so she has to bundle up. Another example of why this girl is a major mess. All of you who think she has her act together are nuts, plus she just had her probation extended because she ignored a judge's order to attend driving classes. Mess.

Is that really true about her? I've never heard that she had that many problems with eating disorders - I mean it's understandable that she could because a lot of famous people do - but do you know that for sure?
