I Heart Ronson for JCPenney Fall 2010 Lookbook

Here's a look at the fall 2010 collection for I "Heart" Ronson for JCPenney, a complete sportswear line of tees, knit tops, blouses, sweaters, jeans, skirts, dresses and jackets by designer Charlotte Ronson. For fall, Ronson puts her downtown-chic spin on fun fall trends like plaid, denim on denim, ruffles, boyfriend cardigans and leggings. The styling is edgy yet girly with ankle socks, leopard heels and sassy lace tights. Pieces are affordably priced from $15 for tees, $35 for some seriously cute dresses to $50.40 for a faux-fur lined vest and $60.20 for an outdoorsy parka (one of my favorites). I'd be all over this collection if I were a teen! The fall collection will be made available in stores and online at jcp.com from August - October. I had to look at this post twice. I was so distracted by those ugly white floral tights the first time, I wasn't able to see all the other stuff, LOL!

Totally. And pairing them with the silly white ankle socks and pointy pumps in nearly every photo? It's like she sat down and wondered, "How can I take the awful '80s trends and make them even MORE hideous?" And this is what she came up with.

Hmmmm... not a fan. There are a few scattered things that might be okay, but like the last set.... meh. The price points will probably be way too high for the quality/style you get, too.

Me three -- the tights were way too distracting. The clothes, meh....

I thought the tights were cute. Reminded me of the tattoo tights for sale on etsy.

hahaha! I concur! What is with those tights???? they look look like furniture upholstery gone awry. Maybe if they were worn with a simple dress....white tights also evoke memories of long church services with no air conditioning hahhahaha.

If I were to follow my mother's "If you have nothing nice to say, don't say anything at all..." sage advice, I would say: "Well. The red plaid belt is cute."

Wow I was completely distracted by the tights as well, got to comments and guess I'm not alone.

But I LOVE the swingy polka dot skirt--I loved it when I saw it in the ads in the paper yesterday morning, sans distracting tights:)

I think there are a lot of pieces that are absolutely beautiful. You can't get distracted by the way someone styles something, it's just supposed to be inspiration. Consider how you would pull apart the outfits and create new outfits that work with your style. Obviously, we all don't dress this way, but all of the comments seem so cruel. This is a very talented designer or group of designer's work here.

Personally, I love it!!!

Love Ronson. And the tights are super cute. At least I think so.

I DON'T heart Ronson. The tights are the most memorable of the this collection.

I guess if you are twelve you may like it.
