Oh no no no... I love Blake Lively and she is definitely a style icon in her own right but this outfit is awful. The shirt hangs below the skirt, the belt doesn't go with the outfit at all and it is just an overall sloppy look. Fashion disaster!

I like the outfit with the exception of the shirt tails hanging out. I'm sure it was on purpose, but it looks like a bad accident.

This outfit is horrible. The skirt doesn't go with the belt and shirt. And WHYYYY is the shirt tail peeking out from under the skirt?!?!

I would like this so much more without the belt, bottom of the shirt hanging out and all. However, that belt was definitely not one of her smartest decisions.

The pieces on their own are great but put together this is a messy outfit. If a stylist did this, I'd give this outfit an F. If Blake put this outfit together herself, I'd have a little more understand. I seriously love all these pieces individually but hate how they were put together. The worst is how the blue shirt is showing on the bottom of her shirt, it just looks bad. I've seen her in outfits 1000X better!

Ugh, what is up with that shirt hanging out?! I hope that was just a mistake on her part and not intentional. The sequin skirt is so pretty, but I don't like the pairing with the blue shirt. I would rather pair that skirt with a plain white tee.
