Since the bra is strapless it's also traveling down towards the waistband which is kind of treading towards retirement home territory. You want the girls to look perky! I like the bottom half of her outfit though. She's a gorgeous girl, really no need to go to that extreme with the top.
Plus, I wouldn't want guys staring at me/hollering at me. It definitely would happen to anyone who does this.
It's so inappropriate.
But I digress, all I need is a silver skirt and I can have the same outfit. (With a black tank top underneath, of course.)
