Who Wore It Better? Julianne Hough vs. Jessica Lowndes in H&M


Julianne Hough shows off some leg in her H&M faux leather mini-dress while dining out with boyfriend Ryan Seacrest. Jessica Lowndes was seen wearing the same H&M dress back in January. My vote goes to Julianne - I think she found a better fitting dress than Jessica.

It looks classy on Julianne, too sexy when worn as tight as Jessica's with those shoes. I think Julianne's nude shoes and mannish/classic watch go well too.

Jessica's looks about 2 sizes too small, I don't know how she can breathe! Julianne is perfect, as usual! I wonder how I'd look in it? I'm kinda loving it :-)

This dress SO reminds me of the "pleather" dresses that were popular in about 1967. They were ugly then. They're ugly now. They're both a little tight, but Julianne's looks better.
