Spot the Real: Marc by Marc Jacobs' Colorblock Swimsuit

Marc by Marc Jacobs' "Simon" Colorblock swimsuit is $142 at Zappos. Such a fun take on colorblocking for summer! But you can get a similar look for $92 less. See if you can spot the designer suit below. Click either image to check your guess!

The Marc Jacobs one is absolutely hideous. The one from Dillard's is much, much better.

guessed correctly! i disagree, i like the nude, goldenrod, and turquoise blocking of the marc jacobs suit, and can see these colors and this particular pattern looking great on a tanned, toned summer body. that being said, cut out bathing suits are more difficult to wear than any two-piece, as they accentuate what is a not ideal area for most women, the sides, potentially framing love handles. the marc jacobs look could be absolutely stunning, on the right body type, and perhaps the lady with the right attitude, with a bit more funk and flair.

I, too, like the bikini better. But to be fair, it's only $52 less (not $92) unless you plan to buy only half of a swimsuit...

Honestly, if a swimsuit model doesn't have the right body type to model a swimsuit... maybe it's not the model. The Marc Jacobs' suit IS hideous.
