I've been trying to find some nice colorful denim for about 3 months now. My problem is that I am TINY (with NO butt) and the smallest sizes made are often too loose on me. If I shop in the Juniors dept and get a size 00 they will fit my waist and butt, but end up being too short! I did find a few pairs that fit at a few retailers, the problem is they are all about $200 or more which I refuse to pay (I'm broke.. I just can't do it right now). Guess makes a size 23 but I feel like I have every pair of jeans they make (or too similar). Sooo BudgetBabe (or anyone who is reading this) can help me and possibly direct me to where I can find great jeans (they don't have to be colorful!) that will fit me please let me know. I would really appreciate it.

Your comment reminded me to include High Gloss Fashion, they have skinnies for $15 in juniors sizes. Not sure if they will be long enough but you could live chat them on their site and ask: highglossfashion.com

Also, have you tried H&M or Forever 21? That's where my friend shops, she's a size 0. Another friend who's a size 0 gets all her jeans at Old Navy, no joke! She says they're the only ones she wears. Finally, you might have luck with LC's line at Kohl's, most lines at Kohl's run big but LC's got some fitted, smaller sizing I've noticed...
