Dress by Number: Lauren Conrad's Printed Blouse and Leather Leggings

I snagged some faux leather leggings at Forever 21 last winter and they have been one of the best items I have ever bought. They toughen up any outfit, and look great with florals! Love LC!!

I have a pair of Mossimo for Target leather-look leggings with fabric side panels - makes them much more breathable. I love wearing them under tunics in the cooler months.
