New Yorkers will once again have the chance to rock their summer TangerStyle during the Sounds of Summer concert series held at Tanger Outlets at the Arches in Deer Park, NY. This stellar line-up of free concerts is back for it's third season and will feature break out performers including Outasight - Richard Andrew, Season 2 The Voice finalist Tony Lucca, American Idol winner Kris Allen, Boys Like Girls, and Karmen.
There is currently a contest running on the Tanger Outlets at the Arches Facebook page, where Fans can enter to win VIP tickets to the next show, featuring Tony Lucca on 6/23
I'm also offering Budget Babe readers the opportunity to win 2 VIP tickets to see Tony Lucca in concert on Saturday, June 23. The VIP tickets will allow one winner and a friend to attend the event with seating in the VIP section, and will have the opportunity to meet Tony Lucca in an exclusive reception for photo and autograph session. All winners will be responsible for their own transportation to and from the event.
Winners must be 18 or older, in the NYC area and Fans of the Tanger Outlets at the Arches Facebook page: http://www.facebook.com/tangeroutletsarches. All winners will be responsible for their own transportation to and from the event as well as any fees associated with attending the event including parking, food, gas, etc.

Winners will be emailed as well as announced on this blog post, and it is imperative that a timely response be received otherwise an alternate winner will be selected at Tanger Outlets' discretion.
