Win Cool Stuff: M & W Fragrances from Banana Republic

If you're looking for a last minute Valentine's Day gift for that special someone, take a look - or a sniff - at Banana Republic's M & W fragrances, two legacy scents from their iconic collection. Better yet, win a full size bottle of each in today's giveaway! I've had a chance to try both of these and they're clean, fresh and modern. I'll be honest, I can't wear fragrances of any kind personally because they give me headaches but I love smelling these on other people (if that makes sense...).

Designed to complement each other, M & W are the quintessential yin-yang fragrances that make them the perfect gift to share with your significant other this season. W is a light, sparkling scent with citrus top notes built into amber and sexy musk. M combines sandalwood and white musk with lime and bergamot top notes.

The prize:
W - A Sheer, Refreshing Fragrance for Women, $48.00
M - A Fresh, Woodsy Scent for Men, $48.00

My ideal Valentine's Day would be to spend all day pampering myself at the spa and salon. Then that night my guy would have planned something fun and romantic. (o:

Ideal romantic date is doing something silly and reminds me of childhood- swinging on swings, watching old disney movies, seeing improv comedy shows, etc.

My ideal date would be a long dinner at a fancy but relaxing restaurant. My husband and I are graduate students, and we don't have very much room in our budget to have a nice meal out. So when we do, it is always a special time for us. After dinner we would grab a few glasses of wine (beer for my man) at a nearby bar. Finally we would watch a funny movie or reruns of the Office or another one of our favorite comedy shows.

I think a great date would start off with a fun lunch at a low key restaurant, something yummy! like crepes ;-) followed by a movie at an old school theatre, popcorn included. Then a fun dinner at home, where cute homemade gifts are exchanged. And obviously a cuddly night alone to finish off the day.
Why do the typical dinner date? I like to think out of the box... and avoid crowds. Ahhh this is making me so excited for Thursday!!
Thanks for the amazing giveaway :-)
Madeline,
xx

My ideal Valentine's Date is anything where I can spend QT with my man. I personally enjoy cooking at home on V-Day - less crowded, more intimate and really can focus on our love in our own space.

I'm in a long-distance relationship, so honestly, just actually being with my bf on Valentine's day would be enough for me. And cuddling. Lots of cuddling.

Just to have Valentine's day off would be great for me. I'm required to work the holiday because it is an extremely busy day for us. No one is allowed to request it off. So...I'd love the day off. And I need a new job.
