People StyleWatch has an exclusive video of designer Derek Lam talking about his new budget fashion line for Kohl's, which launches in April. You can see the full lookbook which I posted a couple weeks ago here and here. StyleWatch also shared pics of a few celebs who got their hands on pieces from the collection early, including a Emmy Rossum (left) in a striped dress ($70), Megan Hilty in a maxi dress ($88) and Blake Lively in a striped top ($48). I'm pretty sure these celebs were gifted the clothes (see the Derek Lam pieces that I was gifted here) but I think it's still fun to see how they style them and how they look in real life. The striped dress on Emmy is still one of my favorite pieces from the collection and I can't wait to scoop it up - when it goes on sale!
