Beauty Review: mark. by Avon Snowdrop Flower Body and Hair Care

We review NEW mark. By Avon Snowdrop Flower Body and Hair Care

Fall is the perfect time to refresh your beauty cabinet with hydrating products that can carry you through the cold-weather months, and a new fragrance to mark the changing seasons. Recently I got the chance to do just that with a few of the latest products from mark. by Avon, including their latest Snowdrop Flower scent and two new hair care products. Keep reading to hear which products I'm loving - and think you'll enjoy, too!

Cleanser and Exfoliator

Beginning with the Three’s A Charm 3-in-1 Cleanser ($8) – meant to be used as shampoo, body wash and for a bubble bath – I must say I was pleasantly surprised. After only using slightly more than a quarter-sized amount of the cleanser, I could immediately feel a significant amount of suds forming beneath my fingertips. The Snowdrop Flower scent in combination with the multiplying suds left me feeling refreshed and clean. Following the cleanser, I eagerly applied the Snowdrop Flower Just Buffing Body Exfoliator ($10), which also left my skin feeling rejuvenated and soft.

Immediately after stepping out of the shower I applied the Whipped Up Body Butter in Snowdrop Flower ($10). It was…unfortunately mediocre at best and didn’t seep as well into my skin as I would’ve liked. Generally, the key to attaining soft skin is to moisturize daily and to do so right after you step out of the shower. Make sure to pat-dry your skin. Don’t wait for it to dry completely; otherwise the body lotion won’t be able to permeate your skin as well. Using this method, try moisturizing for a week and I guarantee you will see a difference in your skin.

mark hair care products

More so than the rest, I was most excited to give the Prep For It Hair Primer ($16) a try. According to the description, this item “protects, conditions, detangles and fortifies for healthy, happy easy-to-style hair” and yes, that is an accurate description. On a typical day after a wash, my hair takes hours to return back to its natural luminescence. Within two hours of using this product, I immediately saw a difference. My hair was already shining and smelled fantastic! Using only a dime-sized amount I touched up the ends of my hair with the More Than Shine Hair Serum ($16). A little goes a very long way with this product. Use a small amount to enhance shine; beware using too much or you risk your hair appearing oily.

mark mist

When you’re ready to go about your day, spray on some Get Misty Body Mist in Snowdrop Flower ($12) and grab the Hand it Over Super Moisture Hand Cream in Snowdrop Flower ($4). To reiterate, the scent is refreshing and the hand cream works best when your hands are damp! On the contrary to my thoughts on the body butter, this hand cream works very well.

Overall, I would definitely recommend these products to a friend. Stand out products are the Prep For It Hair Primer, the Just Buffing Body Exfoliator, Three’s A Charm 3-in-1 Body Cleanser, and the Hand It Over Super Moisture Hand Cream. ♦

I just started selling Avon a few weeks ago, so this review from you is great timing for me! I haven't tried any of these, but did sample the fragrance, which is yummy!

I love love love the body butter in the lemon sugar scent. It is amazing! Smells like a lemon sugar cookie, sweet and clean smell all in one. I've been using it for about 2 years and won't trade it for anything.
