Isabel Marant x H&M is Here! Photos from the VIP Shopping Event, Plus What You Need to Know Before You Shop

Tuesday evening H&M hosted a VIP shopping event for the highly anticipated Isabel Marant for H&M collection - available at select H&M locations and online starting today, Thursday, November 14. This will be the first H&M designer collaboration that will be available for online purchase. In store sales started at 8am and customers can purchase a max of 4 of each item.

Online sales of the collection will begin at 12pm EST and customers can purchase only one of each item. Returns of the collection will be accepted within seven days and only with a receipt. Without a receipt or after seven days, it's store credit only.

The collaboration gives us fashionistas on a budget the opportunity to get our hands on many items that are clearly inspired by some of Marant's most well known hits; fringed boots, chic jackets and coats, flowy separates and tons of texture.

The VIP event was crazy! The shoes went first. I managed to scoop up a belt, tank, pants and blouse. Everything was fabulous, especially the coats.

Here are a few photos I snapped amidst the frenzy. What's on your wishlist?

Everything is sold out online but hey, you can find everything on eBay at inflated prices :/. I couldn't buy online because I was at work and the last time I tried to enter my credit card on my work computer, my identity was stolen. No H&Ms close to the job either. Phooey.

Back to hunting The Real Real, The Outnet, and Le Garconne's sales for Isabel Marant.

Bummer :-(

I managed to get into the sale about an hour after it launched but was shocked by the high prices (guess I wasn't paying attention when the lookbook came out). I never spend $300 on boots anyways so I wasn't about to start today. And if I did, I'd try to get the real thing on sale like you suggested.

Wow, I love those shoes at the top of the post but $200? From H & M?

If you ever happen to find a budget version, I'd love to see it!
