I understand your frustration at the fact that there are no Steve and Barry's stores in your area. But with new stores opening all the time, maybe one will open in your neck of the woods sooner rather than later

Contact Steve and Barry's and tell them why The Villages, FL, needs a store at customerservice@steveandbarrys.com.
Share your thoughts on the Oprah.com message boards--they have dedicated staff members who read the boards and might be able to give you some tips. If nothing else, your message will gain more visibility!

I've purchased a few items from the line on Ebay, not realizing there was a store in North Miami Beach (which is an hour from me) but I'll be making a trip down there soon. I'm VERY happy with the quality and styling. What might be thin and cheap to some people is delightfully cool in the South Florida weather....I also like that her sizing is realistic. I am a completely average size 10 and Bitten is one of the only lines I can wear a medium top.....I also like that her shirts are a bit longer, something a lot of people have ignored as the waistline of jeans kept dropping (thank god that's over).
Ok, we're officially jealous!
However, we can't complain as we were one of the lucky gals who got to see SJP in person at the Oprah Show taping. Although they didn't show it on TV, SJP gave every audience member a complimentary "Freak" handbag filled with goodies and a $25 giftcard to Steve and Barry's. She is even more lovely in person and comes across as authentic. Thanks for confirming the positive impression we share of Sarah Jessica!
Re: a plus size line...According to Steve and Barry's, the BITTEN collection was designed for women of all ages and sizes, with a full size range from XS-XXL in tops, 0-22 in bottoms, and 5-11 in shoes.
So check out the stores near you--they may carry your size, too! Good luck, and let us know what you find

I love your clothing line BITTEN. I am however disappointed that it is not available to Canadians. No online shopping i understand the demand is so high. I also understand that the company that help you produce your beauitful clothing is American. That is wonderful- but when do we get a BITE.....we want to be bitten.
