I love a good tee shirt dress, that symbol of American sportswear that's as ubiquitous as blue jeans and sneakers. And designers haven't failed to capitalize on this simple silhouette that shouldn't really cost a lot but oftentimes does. In all fairness, it can be hard to find the perfect tee dress, one that's soft yet keeps it shape and hugs you in all the right places. I can't vouch for the Marc by Marc Jacobs find above ($118, shopbop.com) but I do know that the look for less is pretty awesome in person and only costs $27.
