Dress by Number: Nicole Richie


Nicole Richie knows how to pull together a casual look that's funky yet sophisticated. Here, she's sporting a slouchy knit beanie, one of the season's hottest hats, and a cozy-chic open front cardigan. My only qualm with this outfit is that she's wearing towering Louboutins to driving school. That can't be safe. I think this outfit would work equally well with boots or black flats, but if your activities allow for heels, try these Sigerson Morrison for Target pumps. Now that's responsible dressing.

Another great BB outfit breakdown! I totally agree that boots or flats would work just as well with this ensemble ... but those studded pumps would add a nice sparkle to an otherwise subdued outfit. Either way, you win.
