Actress Lori Loughlin is reaching new fans as Debbie Wilson on The New 90210 (she'll always be Becky from Full House to me!) But more importantly, the 44-year-old star looks absolutely adorable while running some errands in LA in a mostly black and gray outfit punctuated by a bright red plaid scarf and metallic handbag. This is also a good opportunity for me to point out the way she's wearing her scarf using the classic button-hole tie: Fold your scarf in half, drape it around your neck, and thread the loose ends through the looped end.
