Vintage-look leather boots in a soft shade of beige pull the entire look together and make it practical for lunch with friends or a day of running errands. Or snuggling up next to the fire with a spiced hot toddy. Even if you can't escape to Aspen, you can get Kate's look for less with budget-friendly finds from Old Navy, Forever 21, Aldo, American Apparel and Martin + Osa.

Pale-color boots were always a must for me as they go so well with pastel and white clothes. I have a pair the same color as the Aldo ones, and find myself wearing them a lot.
