The Look for Less: Pour La Victoire Naomi Lace Up Sandal

Free People at ShopStyle

These Naomi Lace-Up Sandals by Pour La Victoire epitomize what's hot in footwear for the summer. Made with genuine boa snakeskin (a fact that saddens me, even though I'm guilty of wearing leather all the time), these gladiator style sandals come in either black or silver for $100 to $168 at FreePeople.com.

These Mossimo Philomena Lace-Up Flat Sandals will give you a similar look for less (and you won't have to fuss with any ankle straps). Snap them up for $24.99 at Target.com. Deal: $5 Off Purchases of $50 or More • Enter Code TCWMNPT7 at Checkout • Ends 5/2

Finally, you can tap into this trend with Forever 21's Cocktail Gladiator Sandals (where do they come up with these names??), just $22.80.

I'm a fan of all three but I'd have to try them on to see how they'd make my legs look (could get "stumpy" with all those straps). Would you wear this style sandal?

Oh! Aldo has a very similar sandal like the Naomi for 65$ with the same snakeskin embossing and it comes in a cute orange, pink and black.

I am so utterly obsessed with laces lately! I actually picked up the Target ones after battling the fact that they weren't leather (b/c let's face it real leather is a better investment!) I had to go down a 1/2 size because they run a little big but they are fabulous and well worth the $25! Awesome post BB!

I love this style of sandal. I purchased a pair by Kenneth Cole called "Sweet Thing" last summer (for $140.00!)& want a new pair at a cheaper cost. I think the Mossimo pair will be a great replacement. I'm headed to Target today! Thanks!

im not too fond of this style, it looks like a frumpy version of the gladiator sandals. The first picture seems to look a lot better on an actual person than just the shoe but then again i think its a little TOO much of a medieval revival

I have tried to like this trend. I really have.. but I just can't get into it. It is just a little too busy for me, I see way too much going on. I like the simpler versions of this trend

I have the Mossimo's and they're so comfortable.

I like those F21 shoes, they seem very similar to the Victoire's but with more delicate ankle straps. I think these sandals are a safer bet than wearing booties, which tend to make legs look stumpy more often. The cutouts help to create length while adding visual detail.
