Alice + Olivia for Payless Spring 2010

Alice + Olivia for Payless Spring 2010

Yesterday I popped into Payless and saw the latest spring styles from their Alice + Olivia for Payless collection. Similar to seasons past, the stars of this designer collaboration are funky, fun and feature sky-high heels. There's a towering gladiator sandal available in either army green or black (probably my favorite of the bunch, although I'm not really sold on any of them), a Chanel-inspired clog, a satin bow-embellished slingback and a striped "Dr. Seuss" peep-toe that's sure to evoke feelings or either love or loathing. All styles are priced under $39.99, available in stores now. Keep reading for bigger pics, and check out additional styles at Payless.com.

I'm not totally loving these, but the gladiator sandal is cute. Overall, I've been a bit underwhelmed with Payless's collaborations lately (including the Christian Siriano line).

Oooh, thanks for the head's up! I always dig the A+O for Payless styles and this round is no exception.

Not lovin' em! I would love the clogs if they'd been a different color! Not too fond of that color for a clog, it's strange!

Not a huge fan. I'm also so hesitant to spend $40 on payless shoes when I can usually find awesome stuff on sale at TJ Maxx for that price.

I like the Alice & Olivia jazz shoe that you can find on the Payless website. very cute and a cheaper alternative to the SM Tuxxedo!

ahh i would completely fall for those gladiator heels if they were shorter. i feel like wearing a heel over 5 inches just cant look casual on me

I really love some of this shoes. The Clog, The Bow Platform and the Gladiator are all pull my heartstrings. Kind of risky - i love it.

Way too high for me, but I do like the bow platforms. I'll have to see if I can walk in them, but I liked the flats collection more.

Phew these are pretty high for the everyday but they sure are pretty! And that clog is actually a clog that I like!

Ok....I literally got heart palpations when I saw these. They are SOO cute! I think the bow heels is what put me over the edge of obsession.
They are like beauty to my eyes.
Thanks for letting me know about their new stuff....hence why I LOVE your blog =)

Can't say I love these! The "Dr. Seuss" peep-toe is kind of ugly in my opinion. They are also way too high for me! Being a tall girl these would certainly put me over the top.

All of these look hideously cheap...awful shoes

I ordered the Paige Gladiator sandals last week. Should be arriving soon! I can't wait. :-)

I actually like the gladiator and bow styles. I'm a little iffy about paying $40 for the shoes. I plan to wait for Payless' BOGO sale and get both pair. I envision a tailored blazer with rolled up sleeves a skinny pencil skirt and a boyfriend watch paired with the towering gladiators. For the bow platforms I'm thinking a floral print frock with a long wrap cardigan, skinny belt, and bow headband. I can totally rock these shoes.

Whatever happened to the "payless" aspect of payless. I never thought I would see shoes there (besides boots) for more than $30.

I just bought those absolutely beautiful pink bow platforms!! I'm so excited I can't wait to receive them.
