I just picked up a pair of gray ankle boots at Payless. http://www.payless.com/store/product/detail.jsp?catId=cat10243&subCatId=cat10243&skuId=079289050&productId=67578&lotId=079289&category=
They have a heel, but are comfortable. I was able to wear them about 12 hours the first day I wore them - work, pick up my kids, run errands, etc.

oh i love those! and in my experience Payless boots are really comfortable, the heel on these look very walkable. great find.

Not a fan of the other style of fold-over, but the more flopped/shirt-collar style like the Charlotte Russe ones look great for winter!
