I'm guessing it's one of the House of Harlow 1960 jewelry pieces that will be exclusive to the Nicole Richie sale on Feb. 3rd. I own two rings from her collection which I purchased on my own from Chickdowntown.com a while ago and I love them, love her style, celebrity-turned-designer or not LOL.
