Hmmm, a little predictable for me. Floral dresses and shirts, with skinny jeans, cardigans, blazers, and moto jackets. Don't we all have those things from last year?

While I agree with Danielle on the overall predictability of LC's collection, I might substitute a different word -- Dependability. LC is one celeb designer who's brought us consistently chic and trendy (but not TOO trendy) collections, and I love it! Plus, things like floral prints and moto and/or bomber jackets don't appear to be going anywhere anytime soon. As always, I love what Lauren has done!

I absolutely love the positive roll model image she is setting for young girls. Every outfit in the look book is modest and appropriate while still being fashionable and flattering! I also think her collection is extremely wearable which is what she was always focused on. Big fan!!!

While she isn't trying to re-invent the wheel, I am consistently pleased with her line! The price point is wonderful and the pieces are perfect for women like me who want to look hip and fresh without shopping in the juniors dpt. LOVE, esp that moto jacket!

I agree with Danielle it is a bit predictable. I have been wearing cute tops with blazers/jackets and jeans for years.

But I like LC's spring line. Her collections are always chic and classy.

The price point is only "wonderful" if you're buying during one of Kohl's ubiquitous sales, and in my experience, the quality of the items in LC's line is not great. I do love the pink blazer, though!

Love the line. Lots of cute options. Curious that she's still rockin' the skinny when EVERYONE is wearing a wider leg this spring.

Loving the blush colored blazer and motorcycle jacket!

Can we look forward to an in-store review of these pieces? I love seeing them in real life, and your reviews are always very helpful.

Hmm, looks a lot like last year's collection, or last season's. Nothing too groundbreaking or exciting here, sorry to say :/
#14 Alisa on 2011-02-09 15:44 (Reply)
maybe a little predictable... but I still love it!

Where can I find this pieces online? I look trough the site (http://www.kohls.com) and I didn't find what I was looking for. I want to know how much is the pink blazer. I love it.

I have to say, I love how Lauren is always the model in her lookbooks! I know it's probably a clever marketing thing, but it's still very nice to see :-)

I LOVE the pink blazer, and the print on the long floral dress! Might be too long for me though. When does this stuff arrive at Kohl's?
#21 Beth on 2011-02-10 16:47 (Reply)
I've found a few of these pieces already online and in stores. I tried on the moto jacket and took a look at the floral dress (where she's holding a cupcake). The floral dress is just lovely in person. The moto jacket is cute on the rack, but doesn't fit that well on me.

I was just there today and didn't see it at the one near me. I did order the pink jacket though. I'll let you know how it goes with that.

I really like this look. I'm really excited. I'm into florals this season so I'm totally looking forward to them. plus I need tons of blazers for my job, so I'm planning to buy a lot of these cute items :-)

I received my jacket yesterday and I promptly returned it to the store. It was more of a beige than pink color and the slight shoulder pads made my shoulders look broader which in my case is not necessary. I felt it was too boxy. I found one from Candies that was similar but more pink and no shoulder pads. Much better.
#29 Tracie on 2011-03-03 15:38 (Reply)
I love the pink blazer but it's not sold anymore. :-(
