JCPenney Launches Call It Spring Accessories Collection

JCPenney just launched Call It Spring, a new accessories collection of men's and women's shoes, and handbags. The collection, which is currently available in JCPenney's Manhattan store, will expand to 100 JCPenney stores nationwide and online at JCP.com this Spring and then to an additional 500 stores in the Fall. To get people buzzing, JCPenney is offering an exclusive online presale at JCP.com, where you can check out the latest Spring looks and pre-order dozens of styles. I think the collection is sort of hit or miss (a few of my favorite "hits" are above). Since Call It Spring is an Aldo Group Brand, I expected more high-street flavor but I suppose that was my mistake. What do you think?

Meh...they're ok. I do like that shade of dusky rose, though.

I love the first pair of shoes! They remind me of a pair that Jennifer Aniston wears frequently! I tried to order them but they are ALREADY on back order!

Check out the Steve Madden FRAID in taupe, that's a much closer match for Aniston's wedges!

You beat me to it, I thought the same thing! Still might feature those in a separate post. Great eye ;-)

I like the middle one in the first pic. The rest are okay. Nothing really caught my eye as a must have for me.

Hey BB, do you happen to have the link or name of the 4th shoe (gold cagey-looking wedge) after the jump? I can't find them on the JCP website!

Aldo actually came out with a store called Spring. We have a few in Chicago but they carry the exact same shoes and accessories for the same prices plus some that are more true to the Aldo brand than just the Spring styles. The site is myspringshoes.com

Mine just arrived! My size is a little weird (if there was an 8.75, I would wear that!), so I went up to a 9 and am glad I did - they run small! But the shoes are great quality, the heel is very nice, and overall a very easy shoe to wear. Mine ended up being $47 and change, with free shipping. HIGHLY recommend!
