I actually prefer the less shiny finish on the steal version and the great reviews are making this a mighty tempting purchase for me right now. Great find!
I bought the DSW version and love them! They run a bit big. (I'm usually a size 9 and could probably have done with an 8.5, but I kept the 9 out of laziness.) They are also kind of squeeky/loud, as a warning. I bought them because I was in love with a similar Jeffrey Campbell style - I didn't realize ASH had a version too.
They were on sale on Amazon for $43 last week and have since gone up, but keep an eye out!
