Ask BB: Wedge Boots As Seen in Target Vintage Varsity Commercial

When I watch the commercial for Target's Vintage Varsity, they zoom in at the end on a pair of wedge lace up booties (screenshot above). I have looked online for weeks now and don't see that shoe. Can you get information on this shoe for me?

According to a tweet from @TargetStyle, the boot in question will be available at Target stores in October.

It looks like LOFT is going to have a similar pair also. See ad above. I don't see them on loft.com yet though.

I recently purchased a similar shoe from kohls, on sale for about 30 dollars. The big difference is they don't have the fold down part, but I still love them!!
