This past Tuesday night, Forever 21 hosted an exclusive preview of their Spring/Summer 2012 collection in New York City. Here are the four main trends you can expect to see in stores next season: The Tea Room trend is marked by kimono sleeves (remember this look we just saw on Lauren Conrad?), large floral prints, flowy/relaxed materials, sheer fabrications and chiffon.
Retro Revival is all about a 20's/30's beach chic vibe, with bold prints, tailored pieces, and the return of two of our favorite prints: Stripes and polka dots.
Rebel Yell will satisfy your edgy side, with a little grunge, fringe graphic tees, distressed denim, studs, American flags and large open knit sweaters (a trend you can rock now with colored denim and ankle boots).
Finally, Sixties Sorbet channels 60's shapes and silhouettes with plenty of lace and pastel colors to satisfy the girly (not granny) customer.
