Simply Vera Vera Wang Spring 2012 Lookbook

Here's the Simply Vera Vera Wang Spring 2012 lookbook, highlighting the latest apparel, shoes and accessories from designer Vera Wang's budget-friendly line. A mix of lightweight cardigans, printed tops, cropped pants and day-to-night dresses are rendered in a soft palette of pastels like lilac and yellow mixed with neutrals like black and gray. Embellished peep-toes platforms, wedge sandals and chunky necklaces add interest and drama. I love how you can mix and match everything in this line. Once again, the shoes are my favorite part and once again, the bags are my least favorite. And it looks like Kohl's has no plans to mix up the models to showcase how these clothes will actually look in real life, but I suppose we're used to that. Look for these items as well as Simply Vera lingerie and linens, now in stores and online at www.kohls.com.

Does it bug anyone else that the pants are so short on the models? Some of the pants are obviously intentionally short, but some, particularly the flared jeans, just look silly.

yeah, it also bugs me when i'm wearing pants made for "normal" height people. i'm only 5'8" but i need a 33" or 34" inseam and most pants seem to be 30" to 32". you have to shell out the big bucks for pants long enough or just settle for the puddle jumpers.
