Even if it's a "casual creative" office, I still don't think short shorts are appropriate for work. To me it says "Hooters." I don't think even Rebecca Minkoff would want an employee over the age of 50 or an overweight employee rockin' those tiny shorts in her office.

I agree- these looks are not office appropriate. I don't think shorts are for work. Too short, too casual. And gladiator sandals? Definitely not professional attire. These girls may be young interns in NYC and be able to get away with it, but to be taken seriously in 99% of corporate America this is a no-go.
