The dress from Forever21 is just plain better anyways: It's longer (37" vs. 27"), made from 100% cotton and you can actually wear a bra with it. You could also layer with the dress from F21, not the one from Macy's.

Both have delightful ruching at the bust, both feature a ruffled hem and both have those irresistible polka dots—but only one has a lovely price tag to match.
