The Look for Less: Lutz & Patmos Infinity Scarf

Lutz & Patmos at ShopStyle

Scarves are one of fall's essential accessories, and this season I'm seeing a lot of infinity or circle scarves. These tubular scarves, which can be looped around the neck once or twice, take the guesswork out of knotting and tying scarves. They're pretty much foolproof! And of course, they're nice and warm. This one by Lutz & Patmos is made from luxurious wool-cashmere blend, but unfortunately costs $350 at La Garconne.

Here's a lovely infinity scarf in a similarly chunky knit. The rich purple hue will complement most complexions and brighten up a dark coat. This one's $48 at Bloomingdales.

While not as thick and cozy as the pricier scarves, this infinity tubular scarf by Mossimo will definitely do the trick for fall. I saw these in the store and they were soft, stylish and super cheap! Snag one for $5.94 at Target.com.

The Look for Less: Kate Spade "Faith" Ballerina Flat

Kate Spade at ShopStyle

A luxe rhinestone cluster make these Kate Spade "Faith" Ballerina Flats ultrachic yet the low profile keeps them oh-so-comfy. Yours for $295 at Nordstrom.com.

Banana Republic at ShopStyle

For a high-quality, lower-priced rendition of this look, try these Nora jeweled flats by Banana Republic instead, which cost $98 and are also available in moon gold. Gorgeous for day or night, with jeans or a dress!

The Look for Less: Christian Louboutin Armadillo Striped Satin d'Orsay

I first saw the Christian Louboutin Armadillo Striped Satin d'Orsay way back in January over at The Cheap Chica, who found a convincing look-alike at Go Jane. The original Louboutins were $865 at Bergdorf Goodman but have since sold out.

Charlotte Russe at ShopStyle

I'm not entirely sure, but I think the Go Janes have sold out (at least, I couldn't find them on their site any more). But in case you missed them, now Charlotte Russe has a similar style for $26.99. I think they're kinda fun, love the colors!

The Look for Less: Jimmy Choo for H&M Over-the-Knee Boots

The Jimmy Choo for H&M accessories collection won't launch in stores until November 14, 2009, but this newly released photo of over the knee boots from the line is already creating quite a stir. While it has been confirmed that these boots are indeed real leather, according to Nitro:licious, they're still really pricey at $299 U.S. dollars and your chances of actually scoring a pair are pretty slim. Sad, I know. ::sniff sniff::

Victoria's Secret at ShopStyle

But don't give up just yet! If you love this style, I found a great alternative. It's no Jimmy Choo, but I think these over-the-knee boots from Colin Stuart for Victoria's Secret will look just as hot. They're made from imported leather and cost $189, plus you can get 20% off these boots right now with code 20VSBOOTS. See? All better.
