Cynthia Vincent for Target Ad in Lucky Magazine

Cynthia Vincent for Target Ad in Lucky Magazine

I had completely forgotten that Cynthia Vincent was teaming up with Target to do a line of cheap-chic footwear until I cracked open my May 2010 issue of Lucky magazine and saw a big, glossy two-page ad announcing the news! Among her many accolades, Cynthia Vincent is the designer behind last summer's "It" shoe, the towering, zip-front Luella wedge sandal, beloved by countless celebrities and fashion bloggers alike. And actually, the Luella is destined to be super hot this summer, too, for it's leg-lengthening, wear-with-everything brilliance. But for those of us who can't drop $400+ on the Luella, we'll be able to get our hands on Target's version for just $29.99 come April 18th. Mark your calendars, this is going to be nuts! See bigger scans after the jump. Yum.

Off the Rack: H&M Garden Collection

It's been a week since the Garden Collection launched to much fanfare at H&M stores but I'm just getting around to posting my off the rack photos now. I went to 2 stores in New York City on the day it launched and tried on a bunch of stuff but ultimately left empty handed. Shocking, I know. It's not that the collection wasn't great, because it was. It was really amazing and had lots of strong pieces. But I stubbornly wanted the abstract floral dress with the big pockets, and I couldn't find my size, so I didn't buy anything. Logical? Not really, but sometimes I get weird when I shop. Anyways, my mall store has a lot of pieces still in stock so I might go back and get something. If you haven't already, let me know what you liked, didn't like, bought, wanted to buy but couldn't find, in the comments!

Prom-Worthy Party Dresses Starting at $108 on ideeli.com

Right now you can get a great party dress by Issue, perfect for prom or a summer wedding, for under $180 at ideeli.com. Choose from one-shoulder prints, solid satin sheaths, strapless ruffled confections and more. For the record, I don't condone the deep plunging neckline on the pink number above right, but I do approve of the $129 pricetag. So glad I'm not the mom of a teenager right now…
